Jorginho, along with youth players Harrison Dudziak and Ife Ibrahim, were left scrambling as Sterling skillfully maneuvered the ball between them, changing direction with each move.
Leandro Trossard, who was left out of Belgium’s Nations League squad, rushed in to receive a pass, but Sterling was already on his way.
In another clip, the four-time Premier League champion effortlessly scored goal after goal, consistently finding the bottom corner.
His one-touch passing was precise, prompting one fan to comment, “Have some mercy, Raheem,” while another wrote on X, “Defenders will sleep soundly at night after Sterling is done with them.”
A third fan expressed excitement, saying, “I’m so happy to see him play.”
A fourth person commented, “Raheem is on a hot streak at the moment.”
Sterling has been staying in shape over the past two weeks with England’s former head of physical performance, Ben Rosenblatt, who left his position in June 2023 after seven years.
Before the match started, Arsenal fans gave him a warm welcome as his name was announced over the loudspeaker.
Chelsea will cover most of his £325,000 weekly salary, amounting to roughly £10 million over the season.
Arsenal also did not pay any loan fee.
