Sadio Mane is considering a summer transfer move, with a Real Madrid legend eager to play alongside him.

The former CBS journalist reported that Al-Ittihad is actively pursuing the Senegalese international. Additionally, Karim Benzema is especially eager for the deal to go through, as he believes the former Liverpool player can help Nadi Al-Sha’ab contend for the title.

While we respect the football scene in the Middle East, it seems that talents like Mane are not being fully utilized there.

We understand why the former Real Madrid star would want the ex-Liverpool No.10 to join Al-Ittihad, which already features notable European players like Houseem Aouar, N’Golo Kante, Jota, and Moussa Diaby. Moreover, Mane would have the opportunity to work with Cristiano Ronaldo at Al-Nassr, another top-tier athlete.

Despite this, we remain convinced that the former Bayern Munich player could be making the most of his peak years at a leading European club, competing on the grandest stages of club football. Ultimately, Mane’s choice is his own, and it has undoubtedly been financially rewarding for him and his family.
